Uh, oh! A Pennsylvania representative is questioning whether or not the work permits for Kate Gosselin ’s eight children are legal for their show Kate Plus 8 ! Rep. Thomas Murt says that the state law allows children under 7 to work in movies, but not in television and the sextuplets are only 6. Murt sent a letter yesterday to the state attorney general and labor secretary to inquire about the matter.
