Furthermore, the reality starlet has not only presented payroll sheets from her former employment, which clearly list her as a “bar maid,” but also has a sworn affidavit from its owner, Chris Kontos , who testifies that Melissa “worked solely in the capacity as a bartender.” Her attorney, James L. Leonard Jr.
