After a delusional stalker threatened to KILL Selena Gomez , a civil judge has finally granted her a three-year restraining order against the man who traveled from Illinois to try to meet her. Thomas Brodnicki has been been ordered to stay away from Selena and cannot even attempt to contact her.

Now, Brodnicki has announced that Selena SHOULD get a permanent restraining order against him…because he’s concerned that he’s a danger to her. Selenita’s Stalker Admits That A Restraining Order Should Be Issued Against Him!

Poor Selenita ! Hasn’t she had to put up with ENOUGH this past month?! Thomas Brodnicki , the man who claimed to have conversations with God about killing the actress/singer, had his felony stalking charge dismissed yesterday, as the judge ruled there wasn’t sufficient evidence that he intended to convey violence against her - which is an element of crime which prosecutors must prove! And even his lawyer must know what a lucky break his unstable client got, as he was overheard telling him after the ruling, “Get the fuck out while you can!” Thankfully, there is still a civil restraining order that requires him to stay away from Selena! We just hope this crazy can abide by it! Who knows what this guy is actually capable of?

Her boyfriend Justin Bieber , is rumored to have fathered a baby with some random chick, and her stalker, Thomas Brodnicki , appeared in court today and entered a not guilty plea! Thankfully, this guy is clearly deranged, has a history of criminal stalking, and his bizarre conduct in the courtroom landed him a criminal restraining order which prohibits him from going near the actress for the next three years! We guess statutory rape charges and a possible life sentence in prison that weren’t enough for Amy Blose ! The 37-year-old nurse, and married mother from Oklahoma who had was caught having sex with a 13-year-old boy in April, and is facing charges of three counts of rape in the first degree, victim younger than 14; three counts of forcible oral sodomy, victim younger than 16; one count of lewd or indecent acts to a child younger than 16; and one count of performing lewd acts in the presence of a child younger than 16, apparently got herself arrested again this week after she violated her restraining order by sending him a breakfast burrito with a note stuck inside! According to authorities, Blose wrote a note that read “Hey babe, I love you forever,” and hid it inside a Sonic breakfast burrito, and then asked one of his 15-year-old classmates to bring it to him at school. The boy immediately told his parents, who then contacted authorities. She’s now being held without bail until November, which is when the preliminary hearing for her trial has been set

Poor Halle Berry went through hell this weekend after she spotted a man lurking in her backyard not once, but TWICE, and believe it or not, he reportedly came back AGAIN last night! But thankfully, he was apprehended and arrested! According to authorities, the man, now identified as Richard Franco , was spotted jumping over the back wall of the actress’ property around 11pm last night. Her private security team quickly caught the 27-year-old and contacted the LAPD, who booked him on suspicion of felony stalking! Phew!
