Earlier today they halted the search for the remaining 16 people not accounted for from the Costa Concordia cruise ship wreck, citing weather and danger that the ship would sink the rest of the way. We’re glad to announce that searching has resumed for those remaining people, and we really really hope they find them! So far, the cause has been cited as “human error” and if the reports of this are right: Media reports out of Italy indicate Schettino swerved the ship — carrying 4,234 passengers and crew — four miles off-course to wave to a pal who was on land, before hitting a rock.
