Michael Lohan was back in a Florida courthouse yesterday, in regards to his latest arrests, stemming from a physical altercation with ex-girlfriend Kate Major and then once again after violating a protective order against her by trying to call her, and luckily, this time around, he had no objections to the judge extending the ban on him having any contact with her! According to his attorney, Michael Perry : “He was in court today regarding maintaining the restraining order by stipulation without the judge entering any finding or fact. We just agreed to the injunction, he does not want to see Miss Major any more and wants to put this behind him. According to police reports, Kate Major is claiming MiLo’s assertive ways are at it again! This time Papa LOLhan is accused of sending both she and her father threatening messages. He allegedly threatened to ruin her career AND “whack” her father! Whoa man! Calm down Michael Lohan ! Oooh and GET this! One of his calls actually happened when the cops were in her home last week, so they answered for her and told him to leave her the hell alone she didn’t wish for him to contact her anymore. Cray cray, right!?! Unfortunately for Kate, this protection order wasn’t immediately approved.
