Looks like this Emmy / Golden Globe award-winning series now has an OSCAR winning actress! We’ve just learned that Shirley MacLaine has joined the cast of Downton Abbey for its third season, which premieres on UK network ITV this fall! U.S. audiences will be able to check out the show on PBS’ Masterpiece Classic in early 2013.
