Looks like music producer/songwriter Rob Fusari was no match for the Lady! Fusari had filed a $30.5 million lawsuit against GaGa in March, who in turn countersued, but both parties dropped their lawsuits , according to court papers filed this week. No word yet on what kind of an understanding they’ve come to, but clearly they figured something out, and we would expect nothing less from GaGa! Fusari had accused Lady GaGa of stealing a stage name he came up with, not giving him his due for helping her get a record deal, and also taking full credit for songs that he co-wrote

We have a feeling Jay-Z is on to something with this charming little girl! Nine year old Willow Smith only just released her first single, Whip My Hair , earlier in the week, and has already landed a record deal with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation. The two made an appearance this morning On Air With Ryan Seacrest , and the rap superstar even went as far as to compare his latest find to Michael Jackson when he was a child! He said: I heard the record first before I even knew that it was recorded by a 9 year old.
