Ugh! How cold!! Scott Bennett from Brookville, Pennsylvania actually wrote a fake obituary for his mother, had a newspaper publish it, and used it to get time off of work! Ridonkulous! The tables turned on him when his mother got tired of telling mourning relatives she was alive. She walked right on up to the paper fifteen miles in the snow and proved she was living and well! Needless to say, Scott suffered a sh*tstorm of backlash…including a charge of disorderly conduct from the police! Hmm, we wonder what his boss said…

Oh, yuck! Poor thing! Kirsten Dunst received a protection order yesterday against 51-year-old Jean Christophe Prudhorn , who has apparently flown from France to El Lay more than five times, sent her dozens of letters and called her over a hundred times, admitted to sitting in his car outside of her house ten times, and once, even walked up to her doorstep and confronted her mother! An El Lay County Superior Court Judge ordered him to stay at least 100 yards away from the actress and her mom, and set up a hearing on December 21st to see if it will need to be extended! Impressive! Last week, CBS topped the ratings on Monday night with NOTHING MORE THAN REPEATS! Wowsa! Now, CBS continues to be a force to be reckoned with in the ratings, after bringing in 11.71 million total viewers for last night’s episode of How I Met Your Mother !!!!!!!!! Other shows that brought in solid ratings last night were Hawaii Five-O , with 10.8 million viewers, and CW’s Hart of Dixie , which drew in 1.8 million viewers and grew 14% in 18-49 demo. Great job, CBS! We have a feeling Monday nights will be URS for quite a while!!! What did U watch last night? Did U tune in for HIMYM ???
