She babbles: “Life is too short and I didn’t want this outcome but I got to the point that I had no choice. Honestly, if I kept letting things go I could have ended up dead or who knows what would have happened.

The Lohan family must be distant relatives of Harry Houdini because they seem to magically avoid jail time for their crimes. After being arrested , charged, and pleading ‘no contest’ to four domestic violence charges, Michael Lohan was punished with 2 years of probation. Although he was facing up to 4 years behind bars, his attorney told sources, “He will not serve any jail time.” Instead, Michael was ordered to spend four months working at the Teen Challenge International program and to take domestic violence classes in Fort Meyers.

We hope he will actually LISTEN this time around! Michael Lohan was back in a Florida courthouse yesterday, in regards to his latest arrests, stemming from a physical altercation with ex-girlfriend Kate Major and then once again after violating a protective order against her by trying to call her, and luckily, this time around, he had no objections to the judge extending the ban on him having any contact with her! According to his attorney, Michael Perry : “He was in court today regarding maintaining the restraining order by stipulation without the judge entering any finding or fact. We just agreed to the injunction, he does not want to see Miss Major any more and wants to put this behind him. There is an arraignment tomorrow in Tampa for the four charges against him but he will not be appearing in court because he has filed a plea of not guilty.” And Dennis Menendez , press officer for the 12th Judicial circuit court in Florida, elaborates: “The appearance was basically to make the TRO a permanent restraining order.

Here’s hoping he’s using the opportunity to have a long, hard look at himself and what he’s done to his family. Unfortunately, we doubt it! As we all know, Michael Lohan was arrested last week for attacking and threatening the life of his girlfriend, Kate Major , and then once again two days later when he ignored the court’s orders and contacted her, only to try to escape from police by jumping off a third floor balcony and injuring his leg, and now, until his next court date on November 9th, he’s stuck in solitary confinement! According to Hillsborough County Sheriff spokesperson Larry McKinnon , Lohan is being held in a private cell under “administrative confinement” in the infirmary section of Orient Road jail in Tampa, while he awaits a trial regarding his latest laundry list of charges , which include violation of a pretrial condition, two violations of a domestic violence injunction, and obstruction of an officer without violence! Maybe we’ll all get lucky and the judge will just keep him there!

Yawn! Michael Lohan Claims His Ex Is Stalking Him

According to police reports, Kate Major is claiming MiLo’s assertive ways are at it again! This time Papa LOLhan is accused of sending both she and her father threatening messages. He allegedly threatened to ruin her career AND “whack” her father! Whoa man! Calm down Michael Lohan ! Oooh and GET this! One of his calls actually happened when the cops were in her home last week, so they answered for her and told him to leave her the hell alone she didn’t wish for him to contact her anymore. Cray cray, right!?! Unfortunately for Kate, this protection order wasn’t immediately approved.

Back in October, Michael Lohan made the following statement: “I want to make a public statement that I will not be commenting on ANYTHING relating to my daughter Lindsay , or ANYTHING my ex-wife Dina , or any ’sources’ related to her, might say.” Today, he’s opened up to the media about his thoughts on Lindsay’s newest alcohol-related probation violation, which is likely to land her in jail: “I’m so worried about my daughter.
