Wow! This gets us pretty excited for this flick! Disney ’s prequel to the Wizard of Oz , titled Oz: The Great and Powerful , which stars James Franco as the man himself, is well into production, and a Perezcious reader sent us this really neat photo that an extra posted on Facebook - with a flying monkey! Ch-ch-check it out (above)! Pretty cool make-up and effects, right? Not to mention the wingspan on that thing! We can’t imagine how cool it’s going to look in the finished product!

Bummer! Let’s hope they can work everything out! Back in November, Black Sabbath announced plans to reunite for a 2012 world tour AND a new album! Now, the band’s drummer Bill Ward is saying that he won’t join the reunion unless he’s offered a “signable” contract: “At this time, I would love nothing more than to be able to proceed with the Black Sabbath album and tour. However, I am unable to continue unless a ’signable’ contract is drawn up; a contract that reflects some dignity and respect toward me as an original member of the band.” “Several days ago, after nearly a year of trying to negotiate, another ‘unsignable’ contract was handed to me.” More from Bill: “If I’m replaced, I have to face you, the beloved Sabbath fans.

Khloé Kardashian is fighting back! A transgender woman named Chantal Spears filed a lawsuit against the reality star in December which claimed that she was “assaulted and battered” by her outside the Playhouse club in Hollywood back in 2009, and now, Miss Khloé is claiming it was simply acting in self-defense! According to the newly-filed documents, Kardashian claims that it was Spears that “instigated the acts about which she complains,” and that the “alleged conduct was reasonably necessary for her self-defense and safety.” Sounds reasonable enough! Sorry to hear it, Arnie! We would have been pissed if that had happened to us! This week, Arnold Schwarzenegger took a cue from the Perezzers and decided to visit India…but unfortunately he wasn’t granted access to the Taj Mahal when he tried to get in! We’re hearing that the location was closed to tourists this morning “due to Muslim prayer sessions.” Ah well! With all the money he’s making from The Expendables 2 , we have a feeling he’ll have no problem setting up a second trip to see the Taj if he doesn’t make it there this time!
