Oh! Inneresting choice! Matt Reeves , most well-known for Cloverfield and more recently, his US remake of Let The Right One In , has been reportedly tapped by Warner Brothers to helm Jason Rothenberg ’s adaptation of The Twilight Zone TV series, which is also being produced by Leonardo DiCaprio ! Apparently, the position was seriously in demand by a variety of different, well known directors, and the final contract negotiations will be underway during the next week or so! Unlike the last film based on the Rod Sterling classic, which was an anthology, the new project will be more of a science fiction action flick, with a single story linked to the original in tone and aesthetic! Well, Reeves has certainly proven he can more than handle action, horror, monsters, AND a college-aged Keri Russell unable to decide between two different, if not equally attractive suitors, so we’re curious to see what he brings to this one! What do U think?? Are U looking forward to a new Twilight Zone flick??
