Exactly what we like to hear our potential presidential nominees involved in! Edward Dillard , a man from Florida, has filed a lawsuit against Newt Gingrich and his security team after they apparently roughed him up outside the Florida Republican Presidential Primary on January 31st - for supporting Ron Paul ! According to the legal documents, Gingrich and his wife, Callista , approached him outside the polling place and shook his hand, but when he noticed Dillard wearing a shirt expressing his support for Paul, the nominee “immediately turned his back” and went to greet other people.

Give credit where credit is due, but if there is any truth behind a lawsuit against Drake , the rapper doesn’t really like to do that. A woman named Ericka Lee dated the hitmaker from 2010-2011 and says she helped him write his hit single Marvin’s Room . She was reportedly offered $50,000 by Drake “to go away and not file a lawsuit against him,” instead of given a credit as a co-writer.

Khloé Kardashian is fighting back! A transgender woman named Chantal Spears filed a lawsuit against the reality star in December which claimed that she was “assaulted and battered” by her outside the Playhouse club in Hollywood back in 2009, and now, Miss Khloé is claiming it was simply acting in self-defense! According to the newly-filed documents, Kardashian claims that it was Spears that “instigated the acts about which she complains,” and that the “alleged conduct was reasonably necessary for her self-defense and safety.” Sounds reasonable enough! Former NYU professor Jose Angel Santana may still have his integrity, but he DOESN’T have a job anymore! While pursuing his graduate film degree at New York University, James Franco received a “D” in his “Directing the Actor II” class for missing 12 out of 14 classes…and soon thereafter his harsh-grading professor was fired! Professor Santana has filed a lawsuit against NYU in Manhattan Supreme Court, in which he’s requesting that the school give him his job back! Here’s what he had to say about it: “The school has bent over backwards to create a Franco-friendly environment, that’s for sure. The university has done everything in its power to curry favor with James Franco.” And here’s what James had to say about the poor grade during an interview last year: “I did the work…I did well in everything else.” While we obviously love James, and we understand that he was busy shooting 127 Hours while at NYU, his professor has the right to grade him poorly for missing the majority of his classes! That should NOT result in him getting fired! What do U think? Should this professor get his job back???
