Fingers crossed! In what we assume is the label’s last stab at glory, Katy Perry will be re-releasing her smash album Teenage Dream , dubbed by the press release as “The Complete Confection.” Now, we assume this means there will be something more to the disc than just the singles that were on it before, but whether there will be new songs on it or just some of the many remixes floating around, we can’t be sure. We do know that this is most likely the latest attempt to get The One That Got Away to the #1 spot, thus catapulting Katy Perry into music history by outdoing the late, great Michael Jackson’s record with a sixth #1 single on the charts.

We were delighted back in September when Justin Timberlake made on appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon , and the duo performed an AMAZING medley of songs that chronicled the history of hip-hop! Well, last night, while the musician-turned-actor was once again on the talk show, this time promoting Friends With Benefits , we think it’s pretty safe to say that lightning struck TWICE! Check out the duo’s History of Rap, Part 2 (above)! We didn’t think it would be possible to out-do the first version, but this - well, it’s just effing epic! Hurray! This NEEDS to become a staple everytime Justin makes an appearance, guys! PLEASE! What do U think? Which version do you prefer?

JT And Jimmy Perform The History of Rap, Part 2!

For the first time in late night television history, two hosts of back-to-back shows will appear as guests on each other’s shows on the same night and network when Conan O’Brien visits Lopez Tonight and vice versa. It seems Conan has secured a home at TBS for the next few years, while George Lopez ’s future is uncertain as the network has not made a decision whether or not to renew his contract.

We’re surprisingly impressed! Check out the just-released promotional poster for the upcoming mini-series on The History Channel, The Kennedys (above), featuring Greg Kinnear as President John F. Kennedy and Katie Holmes as his wife, Jackie Kennedy Onassis ! We don’t know if it’s just some good photoshop and lighting trickery, but we think that they look remarkably like the real-life versions! Well done! Let’s hope that the actual series doesn’t disappoint! Thoughts??

Now that it’s done, the numbers are in, and holy SHIZ. During its second season, the smash series Jersey Shore pulled in about 5.8 million viewers every week, making it the highest-rated series in MTV ’s history! Meanwhile, last week’s second-season finale even topped those numbers, with 6.1 million viewers! We think it’s safe to assume that those guidos and guidettes’ fifteen minutes isn’t over YET, and they’ll be filming a season four very soon!

We’ve got cows! Bill Paxton is looking to make a sequel to the 1996 hit Twister. The actor recently took a road trip tracking the path of the Tri-State Tornado of 1925, the largest tornado to ever hit the US touching down in Missouri, Illinois and Indiana. He says of a sequel: “I always thought the first Twister was an exciting ride, but I thought a sequel could explore it in a more enthralling way, getting into more of the history and the lore, more of a darker version of the first one…I think you’d still want to have a lot of the dark humor and all of that, with the flying cows and everything.
