Joe decided to reject a plea deal offered in his fraud and impersonation trial and pled not guilty to the case against him.

The high school that inspired Friday Night Lights has been rocked with scandal after one of their best basketball players was exposed as a 22 year old! Guerdwich Montimere , who graduated from high school in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2007, enrolled at Permian High School under the name Jerry Joseph and managed to convince his coach, Danny Wright , that he was homeless. Wright even took the liar in! Suspicions apparently arose at a tourament in Arkansas last month, where various coaches recognized Montmimere from his actual high school career, and after some investigation, officials confronted the con artist and arrested him! He’s currently being held on $500 bail and, if convicted, could face up to six months in prison!
