Bieber Is Crushing!

This is NOT good! Due to lackluster sales, Sarah McLachlan ’s Lilith Fair has been canceling tour dates! Norah Jones was scheduled to play between August 10 and 16 in West Palm Beach, Tampa, Birmingham, Dallas and Houston, but according to her management all of those dates have been canceled. Venues have been changed in some cities as well to smaller spaces because of the soft ticket sales. What gives??

Welcome To The Future Of Concerts

Despite an impromptu appearance by Steve Tyler at one of Joe Perry’s solo shows a few days ago and his announcement that he wasn’t leaving the band, word from Joe is that the breakup is still on. Joe told Rolling Stone magazine that the night of his gig in New York, he had no idea that Steve was at the venue, nor did he know that he was going to tell the crowd he wasn’t leaving Aerosmith. This was news to him, as he explains that the plans for Steve to leave the band have become very definite: “There was all this commotion during our encore break and somebody said, ‘Steven is here.’ I was like, ‘What?’…So he came up and sang and that was the last I saw of him…He (Tyler) wants to take two years off from the band.

After being hyped to the extreme, the Michael Jackson documentary This Is It is selling pretty short. The film made $20.7 million over the Halloween weekend, which was much less than Sony had expected.
